§ 1

General and requirements

We regret very much that you have a problem with a string inverter of OELMAIER Technology GmbH. In spite of the highest high-class standards we cannot exclude this to 100 percent. To enable a quick service and a quick resetting into operation of your Photovoltaik system, kindly use our on-line exchange form.Kindly send us a copy of the purchase calculation and a copy of the guarantee document with the exchange contract.In case of the non-fulfilment we reserve ourselves the right to reject services or to charge according to the valid exchange-all-inclusive rates.

§ 2

Procedure of the device exchange

After we have received the exchange contract from you, we will dispatch an adequate, equivalent exchange device on workdays within 24 hours to you. This is free of charge to you if it is a case of guarantee within the valid guarantee period. In case of a guarantee service we also cover the installation fees for the device exchange up to an amount of 100 euro per insert.
The defective device must be ready for shipment latest 5 working days after delivery of the exchange device to you. It will be collected by a forwarding service and the collected unit becomes property of the OELMAIER Technology GmbH with the acceptance of exchange device.

§ 3

Disclaimer of liability

Guarantee and guarantee claims as well as a liability are excluded for indirect or immediate damages, originated by at least one of the following points:

	inappropriate transport or wrong handling
	incorrect installation or implementation
	tampering, changes or repair attempts
	wrong use or improper application
	insufficient ventilation of the device
	disregarding of the appropriate safety regulations
	act of nature beyond control (Bolt of lightning, overvoltage, storm, Fire, etc.)

If the device defect is not within the responsibility of the OELMAIER Technology GmbH, we will charge an amount of 600.00 euros as an all-inclusive price plus VAT and dispatch fees for the the unit exchange.

Should the device show no defect during the check routine at our workshop, we will charge an examination-all-inclusive fee of 100 euro plus VAT and dispatch.
